Buestad Construction transformed the unfinished basement of a 1905 Victorian home into a functional, stylish space for expanded family use. A gathering party room, evoking a clubby speakeasy, is paneled in Mahogony and equipped with a kegerator. In this atmospheric room, full height cabinets slide apart to reveal a sunny kitchen. A media viewing lounge and guest bedroom were also added, along with an intricately tiled bathroom and laundry room.
