Buestad Construction revitalized key elements of an East Bay estate, including completely gutting a dated pool house and rebuilding it as an enlarged guest house. A new foundation, framing, hydronic floor heat, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and finishes all make the new structure an inviting focal point in the restful property. Buestad also oversaw the installation of verdant new landscape architecture throughout the multi-acre site.
