Buestad Construction completed a comprehensive remodel of a 1960s ranch home, broadening the space by removing walls and raising ceilings at this southern Alameda site. Dramatic custom cabinetry, expansive doors and windows, gleaming skylights, a sleek cantilevered dining bench, and a container Modpool on the rear terrace all bring a sense of tranquility to this uniquely modernized Midcentury retreat.
